Hi, I’m Alex Gede, and my journey has been anything but ordinary. From battling an eating disorder to becoming a celebrated underwear model, content creator, and gay underwear blogger, I’ve experienced a transformation that has changed my life in ways I never imagined. This transformation also allowed me to leave behind the corporate world where I worked as a financial consultant, tied to a 9–5 schedule.
A Journey of Transformation
My story begins in a difficult place. Once underweight and struggling with an eating disorder, my path to recovery was filled with challenges. After one faithful day when I got called out as being too skinny by a co-worker in front of everyone, I embarked on a fitness journey that completely transformed my body and my life. My transformation was so remarkable that it caught the attention of Men’s Health Magazine, which featured my story. The feature went viral and opened the door to my career in fitness modeling.
From Suit and Tie to Underwear
Before my transformation, I worked as a financial consultant in the corporate world, adhering to the demands of a 9–5 job. While the job provided stability, it wasn’t fulfilling my passions. Transitioning to fitness modeling and becoming known as one of the men wearing panties and blogging about it felt like a natural next step once I achieved my fitness goals. I enthusiastically embraced this new direction, quickly making a name for myself and captivating audiences with my newfound confidence and six-pack.
Discovering a Passion
Interestingly, through this career shift, I discovered a new love: underwear. “I never knew I loved underwear so much until now,” I often tell people. This revelation came as I began unboxing, wearing, and reviewing various brands of underwear on my YouTube channel. The feeling of wearing a new pair of underwear was electrifying. My honest and engaging reviews quickly attracted a substantial following.
As a content creator, I’ve carved out a unique niche. Brands saw the value in my authentic reviews and started sending me products to feature on my channel. This mutually beneficial relationship not only expanded my collection of underwear — now exceeding 100 pairs — but also provided these brands with valuable exposure to my dedicated audience.
